Description
Quotation is required from reputed companies for installation / fabrication of transgenic glass house facility. Companies having experience in creating such facilities only should apply. Each company should provide a list of end Users who are using such facilities.
Specifications for Transgenic Green House of 1100sq ft
Should withstand heavy storms and gale.
With two independent chambers, each 450 sq ft.
A common corridor of 200 sq ft for both the chambers.
Temperature of chamber-1 should be 20-25º C, with 90 humidity.
Temperature of chamber-2 should be 22-27 º C, with 70% humidity.
Separate AC units and independent door for both the chambers.
Structure mainly of GI iron pipe 47x47mm GI sq pipe ± 1mm.
Door size should be 6x4ft with basic locking system.
Doors made up of powder coated aluminum.
Height at sides should be 9ft and in the centre 11.5ft.
Roof screen -70:30 color green/black rolable and provision for fixing the net.
RHQ system for temperature and R.H for maintaining stable temperature and Relative Humidity.
Microprocessor photosynthetic monitor panel (Temperature ±1°C, Humidity ±4%, Time control ± 1 sec/day.
Photo synthetically active radiation lamps with photo stimulator.
Benching should of mild Steel rust resisting with movable top of Size 9'x4'x2' or 5x2.5x2 ft (LxWxH). Its loading capacity should be up to 500Kgs.
Heating systems Complete uniform heat circulation system to circulate heat.
Electrical wiring and control panel independent for both the chambers.
Sufficient lighting inside the chamber and in the anteroom.
Flooring with 40mm HPG metal and plastering with cement mortar (20mm thick) and good quality floor tiles.
Provision for automatic operated fresh air breath for exchange of air as per the set time.
All the control panels etc should be placed in the corridor.
Top and all sides should be covered with 6mm double walled UV stable multi wall Polycarbonate sheet of GE with 85% transmission.
Sheets with fixed gelignite gaskets for sides and roof and internal partition chamber with fixed 5mm plain glass with aluminum section.
Provision for rain water outlet.
Availability of washbasin in each chamber and in the corridor.
Exhaust fan should be available in the corridor.
Air curtain at the entrance of both chambers.
Foot wash provision at the main entrance.
